• Restaurant account information (name, email, phone number)
• Order and menu data
• Location Information: We collect precise and approximate location data from your mobile device to facilitate restaurant registration, address selection, and Bluetooth printer discovery. This data is collected only while you are using the app.
• Delivery status and driver tracking information
• Payment Information: When you receive payouts or process transactions, we collect payment and bank/payout details through our payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Notifications: We use your device's notification permission to send order alerts, driver updates, and account notifications.
• Bluetooth Information: We use Bluetooth permissions to discover and pair with nearby receipt printers. Bluetooth is not used to determine your location.

2. How We Use Information

• Manage restaurant orders and menu updates
• Location Services: We use location data to accurately set your restaurant's business address and discover nearby receipt printers to support order fulfillment.
• Payments: We use payment information to process orders, payouts, and refunds through our payment processors.
• Send notifications and alerts about orders, drivers, and updates
• Connect to Bluetooth peripherals such as receipt printers.
• Analyze app performance and improve services

3. Data Sharing

We share data with delivery drivers and customers as necessary to fulfill orders. We also share information with third-party service providers solely to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, and push notifications
• Google Maps: location and address lookup services
• Stripe / Razorpay: payment and payout processing

We do not sell your restaurant's data to third parties.

4. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and other security measures to protect all personal and business data.

5. User Rights

Restaurant owners can request access, updates, or deletion of their data at any time. You can also disable location, notification, or Bluetooth permissions through your device settings.

6. Children

This app is intended for restaurant operators 18 years or older. It is not designed for children under 13.
